SURVEYS AND VALUATIONS ADDS ANOTHER LENDER TO ITS CLIENT LIST

The thriving Surveys and Valuations arm of Smith and Sons has been added to the panel of independent lender, Shawbrook Bank.

Following a rigorous application process, the Smiths team was accepted onto the panel and has already begun to carry out residential and commercial valuations for the lender. Areas covered for the bank will include Wirral, Liverpool, St Helens, Wigan and Widnes.

Andrew Smith, Partner at Smith and Sons explains why this is an exciting move for the firm: “We are already on the panel for some of the UK’s most established banks and lenders and so to build on this portfolio and strengthen our client list is exciting”. 

“We are increasingly being recognised for the skills and experience we have and lenders are keen to work with us and capitalise on this and our professional approach”.

Smith and Sons currently carry out similar valuations for lenders such as NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC and Handelsbanken along with instructions for other panel management firms. 

Andrew continued: “We have already received valuation instructions from Shawbrook Bank and are generally seeing an increase in instructions coming through on a daily basis which is fantastic for the team and the firm”.
