SUMMER AUCTION DETAILS ANNOUNCED

Smith and Sons has announced details of its latest property auction featuring 15 Wirral-based lots.

The online auction will take place on the 12th July and features homes with guides as low as £30,000, ideal for investment or improvement and onward sale.

Alongside several semi-detached and terraced homes are a number of commercial investment opportunities including 20/20A/20B/22/22A Liscard Village and 28 Liscard Crescent, comprising four commercial units, three of which are let, and a vacant former taxi office guided at £115,000 - £130,000.
