The commercial property team at Smith and Sons has been instructed to let 8 Hawkshead Road, a large industrial unit and site in Bromborough, having previously sold the property to the new landlords earlier this year.

The new owners acquired the 4,563 sq ft self-contained office and laboratory unit as an investment and have since instructed Smith and Sons to manage the letting.
