SMITH AND SONS STRENGTHEN COMMERCIAL TEAM

Smith and Sons has appointed Jamie Robertson as Surveyor to its growing Wirral-based commercial team.

The Commercial team continue to grow from strength to strength and have significantly increased the volume of work they are seeing as demand within the commercial property sector in Wirral continues to escalate.

Law degree graduate, Jamie will work closely with Chartered Surveyor, Tom Carew, to manage commercial sales and lettings. Tom commented: “We are seeing allot of movement in the commercial sector. The high street in towns across Wirral and Merseyside is changing considerably and is becoming increasingly service led. Businesses are able to grow quite quickly and therefore need larger spaces to relocate or trial business opportunities with varying degrees of success.

“This has inevitably led to more movement and more demand and we need more resources to be able manage this. Jamie, I’m sure will be a great addition to the team and is incredibly keen and ambitious with a passion for property!”
