SMITH AND SONS STRENGTHEN COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT

Property consultants, Smith and Sons, has appointed Tom Carew as a Graduate Surveyor.

Tom joins the Wirral-based team following completion of his geography degree at Liverpool John Moores where he gained a first. He’s now continuing his studies for a Masters in Real Estate and Property Management.

Working closely alongside and shadowing senior members of the Smiths team, Tom will work with existing clients, whilst developing new relationships with businesses and organisations from within the commercial property sector.

Tom added: “I’m really excited to have secured this position within this established firm. Smith and Sons is a really diverse business and I’m looking forward to learning more about the various parts of the business.

“Whilst I’m able to use certain elements of my degree, I’m really looking forward to the practical nature of my role, working with new people and discovering more about the sector. I’m also really grateful for Smith’s continued support with my masters and am pleased that I’ll be able to move forward with my studies.
