SMITH AND SONS SECURE LEASE WITH MAJOR HEALTHCARE ASSESSOR

Atos Healthcare is set to make the move into Europa House, occupying some 2,700 square foot of prime commercial office space.

Smith and Sons negotiated the lease with the healthcare assessment business who are set to relocate their regional operation to the central Birkenhead based building.

Atos Healthcare, who provide independent assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, will occupy the ground floor of Europa House benefitting from direct access to the main entrance hall together with access from the rear car park.

Europa House is located on Europa Boulevard next to Europa House and is only a short distance away from Conwy Park train station, Birkenhead bus station and M53 Motorway.
