SMITH AND SONS REVEAL FEBRUARY AUCTION CATALOGUE
Smith and Sons has revealed details of its latest online property auction, featuring 22 diverse Merseyside-based lots.
Taking place on the 26th February, the auction kicks off at midday, with bidding windows open 24 hours prior at midday on 25th February.
The auction features a broad range of lots, including several terraced investment properties with guides beginning as low as £50,000. There are a number of lots that are ideal for investment purposes, notably a large imposing property in Tranmere featuring some eight apartments guided at £250,000 - £270,000 and offering an attractive yield of some 15%.
There is also, a large detached property on Old Chester Road which includes five quality, modern self-contained apartments, offering a strong return on investment with a guide of £320,000 - £340,000.
A number of commercial properties are also available including a two-storey detached building on Daryl Road in Heswall offered at a guide of £150,000 - £170,000, as well as 81 New Chester Rd, New Ferry, a vacant two-storey property including ground floor retail space with first floor office/storage, guided at only £40,000 - £50,000.
There are investment properties in St Georges Avenue and Elmswood Road, Birkenhead, with a vacant semi detached house for refurbishment in Grange Farm Crescent, West Kirby which would make an ideal family home once works have been carried out.
