SMITH AND SONS REVEAL DETAILS OF LATEST WIRRAL PROPERTY AUCTION
Smith and Sons has published details of its forthcoming property auction to be held online on the 11thMay.
The catalogue includes 23 lots comprising properties for refurbishment, residential and commercial investments, a development site in Heswall and properties ready to move into.
Kingdom Hall in the centre Heswall offers development potential with a guide of £150,000 - £200,000. The site would be suitable for continued commercial use or alternatively could have development potential with a site area of some 647 sq metres.
There are a number of residential investment opportunities throughout Wirral and several three and four bedroomed properties, ripe for improvement and modernisation, are being offered for rental, owner occupation or sale following refurbishment.
