Smith and Sons Residential Lettings arm has hit 400 properties, now under management by the Wirral based firm.
Residential Lettings have been a key part of the property business for many years, an in-house team of experts managing properties for a range of clients, from second home owners to investors and portfolio developers.
The majority of the properties managed are Wirral based and include flats, terraced, semi-detached and detached properties. The 400th house on the Smith and Sons books is a semi-detached house in Prenton, Wirral.
Gill Smith is Residential Lettings Manger at Smith and Sons. She commented: “This is a definite landmark for Smith and Sons Residential Lettings team. We’ve been managing properties for many years but have seen an upturn during the past three years in the number of owners turning to us to meet their property management needs.”
Smith and Sons are able to adapt their service level to meet the specific needs of each client taking on responsibly for issues such as rent arrears, housing benefit queries, tenancy deposit scheme, annual tenancy renewals, rent reviews and viewings and inspections.
Gill continued: “Some of our clients instruct us to take full and complete control of their property whilst others are keen to use our professional services for certain areas such as rent collection and rent reviews. The level of service that we provide can be adapted as our clients’ needs change moving forward.”
