SMITH AND SONS OFFER OUTSTANDING  SEPTEMBER AUCTION CATALOGUE

Smith and Sons has revealed details of its September auction catalogue, including 33 strong lots, offering huge scope and potential for bidders.

To be held on the 25th September, the online auction includes vacant commercial and residential lots across Merseyside as well as development land, lock up garages and high yielding investment properties.

Lot 1 features a bungalow requiring refurbishment in Moreton together with a side garden on which there is planning for a detached dwelling and guided at just £120,000 - £140,000.

There are a good number of terraced and semi-detached properties  in need of modernisation, following which they will be ideal as a starter home or for onward sale with the option to retain as part of a portfolio. In particular, there is a 3 bedroomed home in Brooklet Avenue, Heswall, a double fronted detached bungalow set in extensive gardens in Upton and Lord Derby’s former hunting lodge, an 8 bedroomed sandstone cottage in Merton Rd, Liverpool.
