SMITH AND SONS ‘COPSE’ NEW RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

The property management arm of Smith and Sons has been appointed to manage luxury housing development, ‘The Copse’ in Formby.

A recent acquisition by a Merseyside based property company will see the transfer of the management of all eight properties to Smith and Sons. The residential scheme sits on the prestigious Freshfield Road in Formby and includes two three bedroom townhouses and six two-bedroom apartments.

Located close to Formby town centre, the Copse is considered one of the towns most sought after addresses. Each of the properties has been fitted out to a high standard with shared communal gardens for the apartments and private gardens for each of the townhouses.

Todd Miller, Director at Smith and sons said: “Our client has recently acquired the Copse and we will assume responsibilities for all aspects of the management of these properties from liaising with and identifying new tenants through to rent collection and day to day maintenance.

“We have worked with the client for many years successfully managing their portfolio and look forward to taking over the management of the Copse in the coming weeks.”
