SMITH AND SONS BREAK NEW GROUND IN RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS

The residential lettings arm of property consultancy, Smith and Sons, continues to break new ground with the number of homes let and managed.

The last two months has seen 17 properties let across Liverpool, Birkenhead, Bromborough, Eastham and Chester. A broad mix of houses and flats, there has been an unprecedented number of successful applications, suggesting demand is currently outweighing supply.

Gill Smith, Residential Lettings Manager at Smith and Sons commented: “There are more and more people looking for quality properties in key areas and it is these that are literally flying out the door. We are seeing three-plus individual applications for each property and are keen to match the right tenant with the right property.
