RUBENS SET FOR BEBINGTON OUTLET

Smith and Sons has let 218-220 Town Lane in Bebington to Ruben’s Coffee Shop, marking a ninth outlet for the growing independent local coffee shop chain.

The former HSBC bank building is currently being transformed into a coffee shop and eatery offering fresh barista coffee and homemade snacks and cakes.

Simon Guest, Surveyor at Smith and Sons said: “This is a fantastic building set in a really central location which was ideal for conversion into Ruben’s latest offering. The team there have the vision and commitment to transform the building into their own style and bring something new to the area.”

Smith and Sons has let several commercial properties in Bebington during the past 12 months and has welcomed a new wave of business activity in the area.

Simon continued: “It’s great to see more investment in Bebington which has a good local footfall but is also an area that has a lot of people passing through therefore is a great location for a range of different business ventures.”
