RECORD MOVE-INS FOR RESIDENTIAL TEAM

The residential arm of property consultants, Smith and Sons, continues to grow from strength to strength, this week revealing a record number of move-ins.

During the past four weeks, the residential team has confirmed 14 new move-in’s at homes across Merseyside. Smith and Sons now manage over 400 properties for home owners under single and multiple property agreements.

Gill Smith, Residential Lettings Manager at Smith and Sons commented: “Demand for well-priced, quality properties continues to rise month on month. We’re seeing an average four applications for every new property within days. It’s certainly a case of demand outweighing supply at the moment and so we’re keen to hear from landlords looking to work with a reputable and long established property management company to help service their needs.”

Homes recently let include four houses and 10 flats in Liverpool, Heswall, Tranmere, Wallasey and Prenton.
