NEW LIFE FOR FORMER BANKING HALL

The former banking hall in the centre of West Kirby is set to be transformed into a delicatessen following a recent letting by Smith and Sons.

The property on Grange Road, occupies just under 1200 sq ft of floor space and having enjoyed a full refurbishment programme, was marketed as suitable for a range of uses.
