LETTINGS TURNAROUND REACH NEW HEIGHTS

The residential lettings team at Smith and Sons has reported continuous ‘peak’ levels of interest and activity in residential lettings available.

The Wirral based firm manages some 400-plus properties in Wirral and continues to take on new instructions offering services that range from a simple rent collection to full service management.

Kate Kelly of Smith and Sons said: “The demand for quality rental properties remains unprecedented. Whilst we are seeing plenty of a reports suggesting a slower market, this isn’t being reflected on the rental side of things where interest and competition in almost all properties remains intense.”

Smith and Sons has recently taken on three new properties,  a four bed property in West Kirby and two apartments in Prenton.

Kate continued: “These latest properties have once again stimulated much interest and we expect to see all three let imminently. Whilst in years past we may have had to market these homes, we are finding that people are instead seeking out  homes and approach us having seen them on platforms such as Rightmove.”

Smith and Sons has been managing and letting residential properties for many years and is one of the most established businesses of its kind in Wirral.
