HAYMARKET COURT MAKES THE GRADE FOR SEQUENCE LETTING

National estate agents and lettings business, Sequence, has taken a 10 year lease through commercial agents, Smith and Sons, at prime commercial office premises in the heart of Wirral.

Sequence will relocate its central hub to Haymarket Court on Hinson Street, a high quality three storey property that sits in the centre of Wirral’s Business district, a short distance from Hamilton Square. Sequence will occupy the second floor comprising some 4633 sq ft floor space.

The red brick faced building is one of the Boroughs stand out commercial properties and has been fitted to a high standard and specification with raised floors.
