DOUBLE LETTING LIGHTS UP WIRRAL COMMERCIAL SCHEME

Property consultants, Smith and Sons, has secured the first two letting’s at cutting edge light industrial accommodation, The Lightbox.

Offering a new concept in commercial space for Wirral businesses, the units on Knox Street in the centre of Birkenhead, have been developed for a variety of uses including laboratory, research and development space. Aluminium Solutions NW, specialist in bifold doors, now occupy unit four whilst mirco brewery, Glen Affric brewery’s have launched their new business from there.

Developer Capital and Centric has led the scheme which has been supported by Regional Grant Funding with £900,000 of gap funding.
