AUTUMN AUCTION LOTS REVEALED
Property auctioneer, Smith and Sons, have revealed details of their latest property auction, with 23 strong residential and commercial lots available across Wirral and into North Wales.
The online auction event is to be held on the 21st September with viewings already taking place.
The majority of lots comprise investment opportunities suitable for development by owner occupiers and investors looking to modernise and include as part of a wider portfolio.
There are a number of terraced properties available across Wirral with guides beginning as low as £60,000. There are also four commercial lots in good letting positions.
